Alice Development Environment
Alice was created by Wanda Dann, Stephen Cooper, and Randy Pausch as a project of Carnegie Mellon University.
Alice is a 3D programming environment we use to teach basic programming concepts such as objects, methods, variables, arrays, repetition, recursion, conditional
execution, loops, and inheritance.
Alice can be used to bring a story-board to life, create a greeting card, or develop a game; which makes it an especially fun way of learning how to program.
Alice may be downloaded for free at: Alice.org.
